Student Art Holiday Cards - Updated Dec. 3

$1/card or $10 for 12! Please contact Ms. Kernaghan at Bernadette.kernaghan@sd41.bc.ca if you are interested in ordering any of the cards!

We will require the following information:

You full name
The name and grade of your student (if applicable)
The card’s number and artist’s name
Specify if you want individual or sets of card and how many of each
Method of payment(If you will drop the money off to the office or have your child bring it to me in room 114.)
Method of delivery (If you will come to room 114 to pick your cards up or will have your child deliver them.)
When your cards are required by (date)
Your phone number
